The annual subscription plan's monthly fee is $11.99, and the total cost of the annual plan is $143.88, which is also displayed on the payment page. Like any other SaaS business, we charge the total amount at the beginning of the subscription period. As advertised on our website, the annual Pro plan is discounted by 50% compared to our monthly Pro plan ($24 per month) as it is a binding agreement. DONT DO IT!! it said it was $11.99 a month so i went with it, only to find out that they charged my card $143 which is RIDICULOUS, when it had told me the transaction didnt go through. contacted them for a refund and they did not want to refund me back. said they could put that balance into my account lol?? bad customer service, they still havent answered my emails about me demanding my refund.
