Brought in a Packard generator and voltage regulator, was told both were bad and needed replacement. Paid for generator overhaul and new regulator--did not work when reinstalled. Put old regulator back in, everything works fine. They would not accept the return of the new, non-functioning part due to an "internal short." If there was a problem with the vehicle, the old one wouldn't have worked, and shorted out as well. Definitely not bringing these people any more business. Can't stand behind a new part or correctly diagnose a defective one! You lost my business for good!

Nobody answers the phone and I called multiple times. The music you listen to while waiting is torture to listen to because of the scratchy sound!
