We are a distributor who receives pallets daily from multiple freight lines. RLCarriers is by far the worst. Not only the worst but the worst every time. Lost completely Damaged goods Lies about transits and times. When you call they quickly help you understand that they dont care at all. I have urged all my vendors not to use RL!!!

By far the worse truckload customer service ever received. We were told our load would be delivered on Monday however, when we spoke to our customer service rep on Wednesday morning I was told at that time they still did not have a truck to pick up our load and did not know when it would be delivered. Finally, Thursday morning we received the load that was to be delivered on Monday. If you wish to have your products delivered when promised DO NOT USE R&L TRUCKLOAD!
