Unfortunately, this review is omitting multiple details on this project. First of all, everything was completed in a very timely fashion. We also communicated throughout the process. Our file shows from the time of acceptance until completion was less than two months. Keep in mind that this includes the time it takes for permitting for Volusia County, which is outside of our control. Our crews worked full days at her property. Regarding the cigarette butts, it's important to note that her installation crew has no smokers. There were other people working on the property, so it was likely one of them. Yes, we removed parts from a carport, but this was at the customer's request. She called and asked that some items be removed. She then called back and said she wanted the materials back, and they were returned. There was a delay in returning the materials, but by no stretch of the imagination had we stollen them. We also added over $400 of gutters for free to help make up for the confusion. The customer accepted our gracious offer and then took several months to pay, which is really the issue here. We also gave her a payment option and worked with her patiently. Honestly, we have done our best to work with this customer and keep her happy. Yes, sometimes things go sideways, and we will always do our best to make things right. As our reviews show, we don't want just one job, but to have lifetime customers. If you look at this person's google review history, you'll see that she is tough to please and gives mostly one-star reviews. If anyone has any question about this file or project, our response can be verified through our documentation and files. Linda, we apologize that we didn't meet your expectations and wish you the best in the future. It's disappointing that you would leave this review after all that we did to make things right.

Very slow, showed up periodically, only stayed a few hours a day when they did show up. Workers sick or had to go out of town. Took almost 4 months to complete a 12x15 screen porch. Work poor and they had to return 3 times to correct. Left cigarette butts all over property. Removed parts from a carport I had without my permission while I was in hospital, (this is theft in my opinion). They did return most parts, within 3 weeks after I called them the next day. I would not recommend this company.

This team shows they truly care about their clients. From start to finish Bill was on top of things. There were a few hiccups along the way but they were addressed promptly. Also shout out to Tony and Junior on the team! They know good tunes and have no trouble getting the job done. When we get ready to screen our front entry, we will be calling A First Class Aluminum!

Poor communication. Gave a quote to us and we were ready for them to come. But no one showed. Poor customer service. Such a let down. Don't use if you have a time limit. Over priced too by 1k from other companies
