They did do their best they had a hard time with the hospital bills but it took them almost two years to settle things and it kind of bothered me the fact that I had to call my insurance and the hospital multiple times on their account when I signed the paper saying that they could talk for me so at a point they had me trying to do their job and I feel that kind of defeats the purpose of me hiring a lawyer they were extremely nice people but I would go months without hearing from somebody and I would have to continuously call to try to talk to somebody to get an update but that was just the stuff that bothered me
