Awful service. Received the wrong goods and had to wait almost a week for the correct goods to be sent out. These arrived damaged and unusable.
Thank you for your feedback Amriene - We really appreciate you taking the time out to share your experience with us. We look forward to working with you again in the future!

Unisan are a great company to deal with providing excellent customer service and a range of products. The longopac liner bins and labelled office bins have been especially useful in improving waste management in our warehouse and office sites. The COVID-19 solutions have been extremely helpful, especially the sanitising stations. As well as this, Unisan have helped reduce our carbon footprint providing us with environmentally friendly products such as eco-friendly hand towels which have also led to a huge cost saving. I would definitely recommend working with Unisan.
Thank you for your feedback, Fergus - We really appreciate you taking the time out to share your experience with us. We look forward to working with you again in the future!

WB8750 Bag Holder Review Unisort bag holder- ideal and easy to install the bag if you put the handle upwards and insert the bag / sack and hoop in from underneath. however you will find the black PVC handle slip and works its way off when the bag gets heavy. if you put the handle downwards you'll find it more difficult and fiddly to get the bag hoop in! from underneath, (the handle side). I converted my Unisan / unisort "bag holder WB8750" I pulled the black handle off the split tubular shape handle frame, I then found an old "wolf garden tool,7m 14ow wooden handle, and pulled the red PVC handle of the shaft. I then used a pair of adjustable swan neck / water pump pliers to tighten up the split tubular handle frame smaller until it was just a "tadge" bigger in diameter than the red wolf handle. I then dunked the red handle in a mug full of boiling water to soften and flex it up, I then pushed the red PVC handle over the tubular metal handle frame of the WB8750. in a few seconds the red PVC handle had cooled and shrunk in diameter. neither hell or fury can pull this handle off. PS I put the finger grips of the red handle facing into the middle of the hoop so the palm of your hand is on the smooth outside and your fingers on the bumpy side, this is how it fits in your left hand when your carrying the hoop. I suppose if the original unisort black rubbery handle cover was made of the same PVC? as the wolf tool handle, the factory who make this hoop could hot water, sweat the handles on per mentally, instead of easy push fit when assembled. The metal hoop and handle frame is sturdy and good value for money and lasts. I filled up a fenland district council red refuse / litter bag with bottles, cans, wet cardboard etc. and the bag never slipped out the hoop! due to the weight. I did however superglue the split joint in the black hoop as despite the staples into the inner thingy that holds the hoop together, as this joint would open up and close sometimes, and after plenty of use I would have suspected that the STAPLES would have pulled out of the black plastic hoop. Most council backed litter pick groups appear to use a plastic HANDY HOOP that has 5 plastic clips, unfortunately these tear the bags / sacks when the get half full, so I decided to purchase my own at a cost of over 50 minimum order? hopefully Unisan will make this bag hoop available on Amazon etc. or promote its use to councils for litter picking groups.
Thank you for your feedback, Liz! We look forward to working with you again in the future!
