If I could give a zero I would! They held fund then when I refunded them they withdrew from my bank account and charged me for the transaction even though they never released the funds to me. After long discussions and figuring everything out I charged 2 more transactions providing them with contracts and they decided to close my account because of the type of business. I told them what my business was from the very beginning. Now, I have to refund two more clients and am hoping that I don't lose them as customers like I did with the first transaction. Agree with review above me, they don't care about your small business at all.

Please use anyone else. I have worked with multiple payment processing solutions and these guys are the worst. Don't use them.
Paysimple is great they have great customer service, excellent options for billing and easy to use software. Their options for invoices and recurring billing are excellent. What I found great is that I can send recurring invoices and keep customer information in the software for future use. I will be using this for years to come

These folks are 100% scam artists! Here is what they do, they will tell you about low % credit card fees. They will even review a statement from your current credit card processing company and tell you how much you will save. Then you will get your bill and there will be HUNDREDS IN HIDDEN FEES!!!!! Avoid avoid avoid. They will only rip you off - oh and their customer service is the worst ever. Did I say AVOID these SCAM artists?
