Thank you for your review. We are thankful that our local law enforcement handled the car break ins. Our cameras are only on the office area. However, I do know that multiple tenants have cameras pointing out from their unit to the parking lot. We are thankful for that. We try to address maintenance issues in a timely manner. We are in our main office M-F 9-5. We do close up for lunch and sometimes we get finished early on Fridays. Thank you for your tenancy and looking out for your neighbors.

Lived here for years.. they were quick to jump on someone Vandalized their playground and said they had cameras and this and that sent text messages and letters. I called when 11 tenets had their vehicles broke into to maybe let people be aware that there are some theirs and to make sure everyone locked their cars and took valuables out. They had absolutely no care in the world and no one ever heard anything about it. I went to every apartment door with my child and let them know and a lot of them figured out their vehicles were broken into after that. Maintenance is quick and he is a very nice man along with our pest control. They are very helpful. Might be nice to actually have someone in the office for more than 5 mins..

I hate these people they stole my money and made me wait a whole week to tell me they would not help me or my family out..sont reccomend them im filing a discrimination suit on them

Ace management has performed above and beyond for us on all AC, plumbing & electrical repairs. They have come out after hours to resolve issues with other tenants, as well as been fair about payment dilemmas. We appreciate their kindness.
