The folks were pleasant, neither the work nor the price were very good, and the company was unwilling to correct an oversight that would have been simple to perform. I spoke with the owner and still received essentially no customer concern or focus. I was so disappointed that the unpleasant memory remains after about five years.

Josh was very polite throughout the entire process. That being said, I have a two story house, with a shingle roof. He had the gutters from the upper story dumping directly onto the lower shingle roof. My contractor and roofer both agreed that this would lead to the rapid deterioration of the roof system and cause black discoloration to the shingles. Despite several calls to Josh, he was adamant that in his experience, the installation was correct and he would come and explain it to me why it was correct. I asked him several times to make it so that the water would not deposit directly onto the shingles and ruin the roof and he kept giving me the explanation that he knows what he is doing and has never had any complaints. Within two weeks the downspouts from the upper roof started to separate from the walls. I had to hire a new company to fix the problem. The new company discovered that the upper downspouts were connected to the house using nails instead of screws! Also that one of the gutters was short by a few feet! The new company fixed the problem and had all upper downspouts leading directly into the lower spouts or to the ground ensuring the continued longevity of my shingle roof. I would not recommend Josh or this company to anyone. He is very polite but still does not do a good or competent job. His response to my concerns were dismissed since he was the "expert". The expert that does shoddy work and has no regard for customer concerns.

RECOMMEND JOSH 100%!!! Very honest, fair, and they do excellent work! Do not hesitate to do business with Josh, you will not be disappointed. Update: I had Josh install drain boxes at every downspout which not only looks great but it helps keep the water away from the house. I marked out each location and turns out I accidentally had him place one 6 inches over my properly line. I told Josh I would pay for the drain box to be re-located since it was my fault but he wants to move it at no charge. This includes extra piping to extend it to the new location along with the labor required to dig the trench. This gesture really speaks volumes about the business he runs. If you are looking for gutters you would be making a wise choice to give him a call.
