The customer service provided was ok. The appearance of the inside of the store was a failure. They did not have a real selection of store front items to buy. I went in to buy local neighborhood sport items that they offer. The entire store front was nearly empty. The very small selected merchandise they did have in front of their store had dust all over most of the items they were selling. The guy was working on a large family reunion order so Im guessing their revenue comes mostly from over the phone orders more then in person sells.

Amazing customer service! Great quality product. However the address is 6 Mullanphy Gardens Shopping Center not 6 Mullanphy Ln...I ended up in someones driveway!!
