Lindsay Orr was the BEST realtor I have ever encountered. At the time I purchased my home it was not a buyers market meaning there were too many buyers and not enough homes for sale. I was very nervous about the bidding process. Lindsay presented an offer that they couldnt refuse, and she did NOT just throw money at the seller, but she did some very professional negotiating that benefited EVERYONE! I would recommend Lindsay Orr to family and friends.

Lindsay Orr was EXCELLENT! I would recommend her to everyone. Lindsay went above and beyond to help us find the right house, she even met the inspectors and contractors for us when we could not get there. She was able to make the house buying experience painless from start to finish!

Selling a home is generally thought to be one of the most stressful things you do in life. It certainly helps to have someone knowledgeable, that is truly on your side throughout the entire process. We interviewed 8 different realtors and most came with the hard sales pitch and honestly talked more about themselves than why I asked to meet with them to tell me what they can do for me and what to expect from the process. Lindsay sat down and talked, and you can tell she was there because she cared, not just to get money. It was quick to sense she was being genuine. Lindsay walked through our home and gave honest feedback and advice on how to stage and where to make our money count. There was never an unanswered question with Lindsay. Our home was put on the market on a Friday morning, and we had over-asking price offers within 24 hours! AND this was a year BEFORE the house buying went covid crazy. Professional, courteous, and responsive throughout the whole thing. Lindsay is awesome, and we will hire her again!
