My customer has been waiting for almost three weeks and guess what when you click their tracking number it says it's still being shipped from your "business establishment" sadly, I have a bad review because of you guys. Here is one back! My sister ordered the same thing and we're waiting to see if this is just this company or my product. They never sent my customers package out. Guess the order got lost!

I sent a bad review a few days ago. A family member didn't let me know she open package sent to us and took product out of package. I asked later what the package was and was told it came for me. Which of course my name was on package because I bought the product for her. I felt really bad for the terrible review that I have now replaced so wanted to correct myself. The product was a lined journal with a custom cover. So adorable and good quality. Let me say I will purchase more items in the future if you offer what I need. Thank you. Total thumbs up to this company. Stay safe.
