Car came back from service with dirty fingerprints on the headliner, sun visor and door post. Car was in for the sunroof seal to be replaced under warranty. This is the second time that we've gotten a car back from service with something wrong with it. Last time it had three interior panels still removed laying in the back. Unacceptable for such an expensive car.

Nice people, but a bit sneaky with their prices. Agreed on one then was asked for another. Also, the car was not filled with gas when we got it, which is fine I guess but normally its a curtesy to fill it up for the new owner. Anyway, GREAT car for sure, the cars are a solid 10/10!

Update # 2 because I still have no resolution on my issue. Here are the facts, I purchase a vehicle 76 days ago. 76 days! I never received my paperwork to register and pay my tag, title and tax. I resigned paperwork for a 2nd time at the end of December and I still do not have anything from the dealership. Do not trust this dealership! They will lie to you, they will pull your credit 7 times for one transaction, and they will never take responsibility for any mishandling on their part. No one at this dealership takes ownership of resolving any issues with customers and actually sees it through to some sore of resolution. I will never do business with any Joe Cooper dealership again.
