I ordered toys for my child from this company. Unfortunately, I did not get the qr code from the courier company and I could not collect the parcel from the package. the courier company advised me to write an email to the company from which I ordered the toys. I have been waiting over 2 months for customer service to fix this problem. unfortunately, they are in no rush to help customers. when I am asking for a refund, I am told that I have to wait. I really do not recommend shopping from this site because customer service is at a poor level.
