After nearly six months, my job is not complete according to the design contract. I have not received an apology or an explanation. Every time I email the designer (yes, I have been the one contacting the designer) I am told they are "working on it" or we're "at the top of the list." The project started in June and it is near the end of November. The corrected shelf was supposed to be installed November 15 and I've heard nothing. I do not recommend Shelf Genie.
