Anthony, I'm sorry you feel this way. We strive to be a strong resource and I have offered assistance and guidance to you through multiple phone calls and emails in regards to obtaining the proper information needed to print your job and also tips on proper prep and installation. As I mentioned in my email, we don't mock up proofs or perform any design work until the project is an actual job in our system and we have a received a deposit. In addition, you are contracting work to us for print only. Surveying your job site to provide us with accurate measurements, color and mock-ups are your responsibility and an accurate proof can not be supplied without that information. The list of info was given to you but never supplied. Again, your quote request to us was for print only. If you can provide the proper information I requested I am more than happy to assist you further.

Do not waist your time with this company. Very unprofessional. If you were to respond as quickly as you did to this review, I would not have written this review. Your response is a lie. I left multiple messages for you to call back for a week. You provided a quote and I guess you did not want to honor the quote. You should think about returning calls to future clients. It would be a good idea if you want new business.

I truly have never had an easier purchasing experience than my banner purchase with Baltimore Graphics Company. I wanted a banner for my 2020 graduate. I emailed Ben my son's name and school name and within a couple hours he emailed me the proof! I did not even supply him with my son's school logo and the proof was perfect! I approved the proof and had the banner a week later. The quality is amazing; heavy and thick and the graphics are bright and sharp. I will definitely be ordering from Baltimore Graphics and will encourage others to do the same!!
