Marcie was friendly. Yes i did say I would not use 200 degrees to press her curly fine hair. I apologize we are in a pandemic, so my son had to be at work with me. Her last visit a year ago my son wasn't at the salon. I would never invite her back as my guest considering your not satisfied with how i do things. Blessings on your journey

From the start, I was disappointed in Amandas lack of friendliness and the lack of professionalism in her extremely cluttered shop. Whereas, other stylists have taken pride in remembering how I prefer my hair pressed, Amanda made it clear that she was unwilling to heed my requests and that she would refund my money and I could leave before she pressed my hair on a low heat seating, AFTER washing and drying my hair! She also had her son in the shop who she constantly had to tend to. Wouldnt go back!

Came in from out of town on work . Called and got a walk in appointment with Brandon for starter locs. Couldnt make it till after hours so for a minimal charge Brandon accommodate me and got my locs going. Excellent customer care and my coils look great
