If I could give City Wide Promotions zero stars, I would. I ordered uniform shirts on 8/13/21 which should have arrived no later than 8/25/21. The shirts did not arrive. On 8/27, I emailed the company for a status update. No response. On 8/30, I called and spoke to the owner. I was assured my order would be delivered via "priority - one day delivery" by mid-week. No shirts. I called 8/31 and 9/1. The owner kept ensuring me the shirts would arrive before mock orientation on 9/3. They did not arrive. I called again on 9/2. No answer. On 9/7/21 (after the holiday), I called City Wide Promotions again. The owner apologized (again) and stated they would personally deliver the uniform shirts to our home that evening in time for the first day of school. He re-confirmed my address and phone number. I called at 8:30pm for an ETA, no answer. We waited until 10:30pm that night, no one arrived. On the first day of school (9/8), we still haven't received our order. And yet, City Wide Promotions still had our full payment. Luckily, I found four (4) shirts from another vendor (extremely expensive - due to increased demand), so our child was in full uniform the first day of school. It was an unbelievable, sub-par experience. I will never work with City Wide Promotions again.

I go to Charles Herbert Flowers High School & I came across City Wide Promotions from a friend. It was really close to the first day of school and my parents thought we were running out of time. BUT we were wrong City Wide Promotions was very accommodating and the turnaround time for the uniforms was so fast. The Uniforms fit so nicely and Im all set for school. Im so thankful!

Excellent work - I got two t-shirts, two canvas tote bags and two face masks that were printed for Mission Impossible - Central Union Mission. Quality material. Well done. And thanks for helping the Mission!
