Today marks day three of trying to contact the garbage company to replace the can that their employees destroyed. First day was told there would be a call back. Then nothing. Same for the second day, and now in the third I get no response whatsoever. Not very happy. This is not the first time Ive had this issue either!

Not very easy to work with, very unresponsive to emails. Never answered emailed questions and made decisions without consulting with customer, made changes to account without authorization as well :(
Best services in town. Drivers and workers greet you with a smile. Consistent and neat when it comes to routine garbage/recycle pickup. And, Roll off driver is awesome!! He really knows how to drive that big truck.
