My first time ever trying to come here, I just walked 20 minutes in this 90 degree weather to show up to my scheduled 11 oclock appointment time to find that the doors were all locked on front and back side of building, and no one was answering the phone. I knocked on the door as loud as i could, but no one came. I thought i showed up on the wrong date, but i triple checked to make sure in my confirmation email. The mailman even walked by and commented how that was weird. I waited another 15 minutes and then left. Icing on the cake is that they charged my card beforehand. How kind of them.
