We have a contact with APS for termite and pest control. The pest control contract is for them to come out every 3 months. Weve had to call to try to get someone to come out and were going on 5 - 6 months since theyve been out. When you call you ALWAYS get voicemail or they want to communicate by text. Very unprofessional. We were supposed to be serviced today and no one showed up. What would happen if we defaulted on a written contract like they have not held up their end of the contract?
I inherited a termite bond with our home purchase and initially called to ask some details about the bond I was paying for and make sure I had the right plan. I was in contact with Aaron for 2 months before being told he was no longer working with the company. Aaron rescheduled on me multiple times, did not return phone calls or emails, and required me to reach out regarding contracts. After being told he left without passing along our information, I was informed that he also had misquoted us for everything requiring us to have another inspection. Fortunately Josh, Chris, and Daniel came out to retreat our house shortly after Aaron was taken off our case and they not only honored the incorrect prices I was quoted, they quickly and professionally took care of our house. If I had worked with them from the beginning, I would have more positive feedback of this experience.
Charged my account without performing the services. Do not leave your payment info on record. I have met every tech from APS each time they serviced my home but somehow they claimed that they were there during a major remodel and 12 people never saw them. To this date I have not received my money back. Check the Better Business Bureau for various review from other people.
