Thank you for your feedback. We strive to be better every day and opinions, good or bad, help us improve. As a contract manufacturer, we produce many different parts for many different customers. Unfortunately, we lack the ability to tightly control our lead times as demand ebbs and flows as our customer's products have varying levels of success. Currently, the market has been favorable to our customer base, which has led to increased manufacturing lead times. We strive to provide accurate lead time information up-front, as on time delivery is of the utmost importance to us. Depending on the complexity of the product and order quantity, we are constantly striving to maintain lead times of under three weeks with the highest standard of quality. We are currently working diligently to reduce lead times through additional shifts, modernization of processes, and significant investment in equipment and machinery. Through these mechanisms, we are continuously working to provide the best customer service and to increase overall capacity of our facility to better serve both current and future customers. Andy helped me get a one-off part made and it turned out perfect! It was a very reasonably priced as well, highly recommend this place for sheet metal fab as well as powder coating.
