انت تعرف انك شخص كاذب ومدلس وبخيل ودخلت لتطلب طباعة اوراق وكانت تكلفتك ٤ دولار ولائحة الاسعار مكتوب عليها التفاصيل ولكنك يبدو انك لم تكمل تعليمك حتى ولا تحسن القراءة ورفضت ان تدفع لانك شخص بخيل في حين انك لو دخلت محل به امريكان لن تستطيع ان تنطق بكلمة وبالنسبة للزبائن فما دخلك انت للاسف امثالك يضيعون أوقات الناس يمكنك ان تذهب الي المكتبة العامة لتطبع ب ه سنتات ولا تكذب او تضيع وقت الناس He is a lier greedy we have our price list very clear But he can not read ,he can not even send email from his phone he wasted our time for $4.00 If you cant afford go to the public library and print for 5 cents and do not waste our time

لأول مرة شعرت بالحزن الشديد لكوننا عرب فقط بالاسماء رأيت معاملتهم وكيف يتعامل مع امرأة مسنة تريد حجز تذكرة سفر ولا تعرف شئ وكأنها شاة دخلت عن غير قصد لمسلخ. معاملة الزبائن بأخلاق باردة وجافة ليست لها علاقة بالعروبة ولا بالدين ولا حتى في التوضيح للزبون احذرو كل الحذر ولا تصدقو المظاهر.. وحتى المطبعة كلفتها غير الثمن الموجود على الحائط شئ فعلا غير أخلاقي . They gonna put extra charge for nothing and when u gonna asq why they will just said its computer working.. Wht a shame for us .. I will never back again there for I saw today.

A most amazing trip. I highly recommend Amana Travel for your Hajj and Umrah trips. Mohammed and his wife went above and beyond for our group. Both hotels in Madina and Makkah were at very close proximity to the Holy mosques. No complaints. You cannot go wrong with this team.
