I needed a new website built because my family entertainment company in TN has been in business for 28 years. 1st problem was it was soon not going to be supported because it was so old. 2nd problem, I could not fix myself having built my own website was that we have so many services this 1 business provides. Too many key words that I need people to be able to find us for. A simple nonprofessional web program won't accommodate these. 3rd Google had pictures connected with my business that were not my photos I posted for my business. I tried for over a year filling out their forms etc. trying to get these random photos taken down without success. Chris at 1giant.net had them down so quickly it actually made me mad that Google has made it impossible for me to study up an be able to do a good job taking care of my own online presence like I always have. Once he launched my new optimized web site I liked it & was shocked. Within 24 hrs google had my business ranking at the top or 3rd or 4th for all my necessary keywords. (They also researched the best key words for me.) As a professional I was thinking certain keywords I use. He told me what keywords normal people were typing in for specific services. I was missing out just because of that. I also knew my new rankings were 1 Giants accomplishment because they added an emoji right into the text. (This jumps out from all the other business because no one had an emoji. Cool too!) These results were much sooner than I had been told. I was able to track 2 bookings that came in that first week that earned me $465.00. I can give even more specifics on other things they have done for my presence online but I am extremely happy. It has become necessary for business owners to have to spend money and hire someone to insure we continue to survive in a new technological world. Gone are the days of me paying $300.00 a month to be in the phone book and get all the business we could handle. Competition is so stiff with Youtube teaching everyone how to do everything, making people think they are instant professionals at everything.
