This company is a complete joke. I gave them a try to gain my business and they failed miserably. Took them longer than the 3-5 days they advertise and due to their website causing errors with uploading artwork, they had to manually enter half of my order, which caused an issue with shipping cost. Instead of making an attempt to salvage a possible new client with a botched order, their greed got the best of them over $1.42 (yes just a buck and change, They made me cover this). Order was placed on April 12th and here it is April 28th and still nothing has been delivered. Their excuse for the delay is because I didn't put anything in the order notes....(Really? My fault, even though they advertise 3-5 days and I paid the extra for 2 day shipping, but to keep 2 day shipping they wanted to charge me an addition $30+ so opted for just ground) These other reviews here Make no sense, almost impossible to get them on the phone, it just rings and rings and rings once you get past the automated system. As for Kailey she seems to be a decent person, but as for being a great at customer service, I am not to sure about that when she has to get management's approval for everything. By time you pay shipping and receive your orders you are not saving any money and possibly upsetting your own client. Not worth the headache, not worth the time. They have no interest in making things right.

We have loved working with Imprintmaker! Not only is the system good - easy to order, great prices, great print quality - but their customer service is amazing. We've had a couple of situations where we needed to expedite shipping and they are so accommodating and helped us out. I usually speak with Kailey who is wonderful and makes sure our orders go through smoothly and get to us in time.

Fast quality service! What I thought was going to be a simple small run of shirts done quickly with existing art actually got complicated by various small glitches that were my own fault. Despite that, they got the art fixed, shirts printed, and we got them out for sale in time for our last weekend. Excellent communication throughout and great product. The print quality is better than what I had done elsewhere previously. The lines are crisp and clear even in the highly detailed design. I'm also able to order an additional shirt in a special size for a customer since there is no order minimum. I'm very impressed and looking forward to our next shirts. Thank you, Imprintmaker!
