Avoid! One of the most horrible shopping experience I've ever had. Notified me one week before the event that the size I needed was no longer available, forcing me to accept an oversize suit because I need the matching color suit with the other groomsman. Extremely bad inventory management!

Unfortunately, because rental inventory is constantly coming in and our of our fulfillment centers, inventory and availability levels are always changing. The intent here was to proactively let customers know that, in this case, one of our more popular styles was unavailable for their event date ahead of their appointment, rather than have them come in and get fitted, only to not be able to rent with us. Awful experience. Booked an appointment 2 months in advance (Father of the Bride). I also provided the specific measurements and tux I was interested in for my dad. The company was well aware of my wedding date. A day before his fitting they called and said they have no black tuxedos available for my wedding date. Would not use this company for any important event. They give zero notice and book appointments with out proper inventory for date selection.

I love this company. Second time renting a tux from them and everything was easy. The service was excellent and I felt like they really cared about my needs. I won't rent from anywhere else.

The easiest and best suiting experience. The Black Tux honestly never fails. I think this was my 5th time using the service. I was in an out in a short period of time. Now I dont have to worry about buying a suit elsewhere and jumping through hoops to get it tailored in time. The black tux is a one stop shop.

Bad company with fake reviews. Very obvious they buy their five star reviews to outweigh their legitimate one star rating. The first tuxedo I rented from The Black Tux had broken glass in the shoes and incorrect pants size. Customer support was alright and shipped me new pants with a broken side clasp wrapped in red tape now im getting a tuxedo 3 days before the wedding.
