Tried to made an appointment with them and they didn't turn up, so I took a mini bus of the road for them to look at, A mini bus that takes some vulnerable kids to their school work - what a let down, then they don't even have the balls to pick up the phone WOW Just been threaten by them now. . . .

I don't normally give reviews and if it's poor service I will generally avoid but I need to this time as the lack of ownership or even acknowledgment is shocking. They came to fix an injector seal leak but surprisingly (not so surprising in the end) left without being paid and just messaged me to say they was complete and then disappeared. Subsequently I broke down on the A38 with the injector pushed out and diesel everywhere. No response to calls or messages then and since. I got recovered and they had snapped a bolt leaving it in the engine and the injector loose. 800 later at the garage that recovered me, and hopefully the problem being fixed with no long term issues. I would avoid if it's anymore than a light bulb swap you want doing.

Absolutely fantastic, had a stuck diesel injector and he gave it all he had, was a good 40-50 minutes on it trying to get it out
