I was here on an visit. Channel 4 implemented diversity but they have a long way to go. I see that there are more young people that work there but unfortunately some of them have no skills in communication with their elders. Very disappointed. I will be making a further complaint. Regardless of age, race or gender, no one should be made to feel worthless. Never.

Totally disrespectful for the residents in their estate, they have been having works for ages, never any noise, this morning Jubilee Bank Holiday, a day when people can sleep in, relax and don't have to go to work, they are doing works on the terrace with water pressure machines. I have called the security, that asked the contractors to stop making for half an hour only. This is a bank holiday day, residents around are supposed to sleep in and relax but it's not gonna happen because of the noise in their ground level terrace. At least you should give a notice to residents so next time we want to relax on abnak holiday we can go to a hotel. They are lucky there are trees between my windows and thede contractors otherwise they would receive every kind of projectiles until they leave and come back Monday after the jubillee week end.
