Brien - we apologize for the inconvenience this morning. Our hours state that we should be open at 10AM and the person who was suppose to open was running behind because she had to unexpectantly pick up a few items from our tailor. She stated that she must have pulled in while you were leaving. I am getting married and wanted to get something nice for the wedding. I scheduled an appointment for 10am when the shop opens, waited until 10:05am and no one showed up/the doors were still locked and closed sign was in the windowI went elsewhere

Have been a customer of Savile Lane for over 10 years. Cindy and her team are incredibly knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. I highly recommend the custom shirts, suits & sport coats. If you have never purchased custom clothes you won't believe how well they fit compared to buying clothes off the rack. The prices are also very fair compared to their competition. I strongly recommend!

Love this store and people in it. Cindy is the best. She made me feel like family. She came to my house to look at my clothes and rebuild my wardrobe from the ground up. Does not try to upsell. Very honest. Having custom leather jackets made as we speak. Can't go wrong with Savile Lane.
