From facebook: "Hey guys dont go to new ride auto. (UPDATE March 23 4:15pm) Darell Layton showed up at our door while I was at work my wife answered and felt threatened cause he was mad about our 1 star review. He threatened to take this review to his attorney.He also waited for 20 minutes outside my apt for me to show up. We called the cops. So yeah that'll tell all you need to know about Darell. He also never set an appointment for us with Subaru. I did. We bought a car from their lot. Not exaggerating, 3 days the check engine light came on, we took it back they helped pay for the repair. Not kidding, on the ride home check engine light came back on. Their mechanic said to take it to Subaru. (New ride auto, specifically said the car has been checked by their mechanic, last week we took it to a different mechanic, they said there's a transmission leak. I asked new ride auto's mechanic if he has ever checked this car before and he says he has never seen this car prior to my meeting with him. I thought I could trust New Ride auto turns out, you shouldn't. ) Anyway, we took it to Subaru. We were hit with a 2,500 repair, they, new ride auto, talked them down to 1,800. Regardless, I'd invest my money elsewhere. If you're rich, buy here,( you'll be able to afford all the repairs needed) if you're a college student who needs a reliable car, go somewhere else."
