staff are nice but very basic hair is done there, my hair looked nothing like the photos I showed the hairdresser, wouldn't go there unless you are looking for something basic as they no good for new an upcoming hair cuts/styles:)

Very disappointing. The salon looks great and the staff friendly, but it does not live up to the hype of it's website. I explained over the phone that I needed a stylist that could cope with my difficult hair and was in the process of growing out bad layers. The stylist was unable to blow dry my hair straight, which was a first and has made the bad layers even worse. I am now back and worse to where I was 5 months ago.

I've used TH1 for the past few years and in the last year I have been going to see Liz to get my hair cut. She's fantastic, really warm and friendly, I feel well looked after whilst I'm there and she has done a great job of cutting my hair and styling it beautifully, I wouldn't use anyone else now! :)

I am always confident that I will be pleased with the outcome of my cut and blow dry with Catrin, we always have a chat as to what i am expecting from my hair cut prior to the start of the session.
