There was 2 lost or stolen package claims opened immediately when you had mentioned it to us back in January, one from your side as the receiver and one from our side as the sender. Unfortunately USPS had denied and closed both cases due to insufficient proof of mishandled delivery and that their tracking number indicates that a signature confirmation delivery was made. Since both claims were denied, we were unable to file a claim with our insurance to issue you a new piece or a full refund because the tracking records indicate that it was already delivered via a signature at your residence. We spoke to your local Post Office on your shipment and they suggested that the receiver reach out to their Post Master for escalations in lost or stolen package situations, which we have emailed and sent you the information directly. In an email thread, you had mentioned that another post office had reached out to you to help you escalate the issue, however we did not hear any follow up with you on that. We also suggested you reach out to your local package deliverer for more information about your package as they were the last individual to have dropped it off at your residence. If you have any new updates on an escalation lost or stolen package claim to the local Post Master that would give sufficient proof for an insurance claim, then we would be happy to assist. I ordered a timepiece over a month ago from Carat & Co. with a signature confirmation on the USPS parcel delivery service. The carrier mishandled, lost or possibly even stole the item by signing for me the recipient (no one was even home at the time of the supposed delivery attempt). Carat & Co. has not worked aggressively to file a claim on behalf of me as the buyer. Buyers beware that support will be limited or non-existent in the case of a delivery issue. I understand the shipping policy absolves them of responsibility for a stolen item after a successful delivery, but this cannot be categorized as a successful delivery attempt. Carat & Co. is not upholding the promise of an insured, signature request and place the liability on me.

Recently, Ive been looking for my first luxury watch and decided to visit Carat & Co since Ive been walking by it for years. To my surprise, the store is so beautiful with an endless selection of high end jewelry and watches. I was greeted by the friendly staff and was introduced to Derek. He took me around the store to show me pieces I may be interested in and spent a lot of time educating me on each piece I asked to see. He was never impatient no matter how many questions Ive asked or the fact that I was undecisive. When I finally decided on which watch I wanted, I revisited Carat & Co to order. The service was so amazing, Ive already placed an order for my second watch there.

Our records indicate that our team called your phone, however was unable to reach you thus leaving a voicemail to notify you that the strap had arrived and that it was ready for installment onto your watch. We did not hear any response from you. When you were available to come pick up the strap, of course for your safety and for social distancing we offered you to comfortably sit on the couch in our waiting area as we complimentarily installed the Tissot strap onto your Tissot watch for no extra service charge to you. This one-star review is very astonishing as our team did everything that we had set the expectation for you and were waiting for you to respond or come to pick up your strap. No service. I was order the watch strip in this store. They let me waiting over 2 months. When I came to the store to change the strip, they just let me seating on the couch. Waiting waiting waiting...
