tried to charge 300$ for a letter Z the size of a postal stamp . the woman at the front desk had an attitude and was very hasty and made me feel extremely unwelcomed . do not come to this shop 2/10 rating for customer service and over all experience.

This is Justin. I apologize if something was said that wasnt appropriate but that doesnt sound like my character at all. As far as the tattoos. We show the stencils ahead of the tattoo for a visual check, we also let the clients look at the tattoos when finished, all you had to say is you werent happy and we would have made whatever changes you would have liked. Also if there was something left out of the tattoo Im sure it would be a easy fix if you just contacted us and we could have scheduled you to come back in. And make whatever changes you wanted and still can. So please contact us and come back into the shop so we can see what youre talking about and come up with a solution for you to be happy. I went in to this shop hoping to get a high quality tattoo since I had seen so many good reviews. Application was ok, but there were some details that werent done properly from the stencil. This was not due to any sort of attempt at putting their own creative spin on the tattoo just a screw up (3 to be specific). WARNING: do not bring pretty female friends into this shop or Justin will make inappropriate comments about their body. Oh yea, also way over priced.
