We addressed your misunderstanding on the price of shirts months ago and went above and beyond to make you happy at that time, much in your favor. You returned for a second order (which tells things weren't as you say the first time) and I explained why we couldn't help. You asked us to print on a jacket that we would melt. I apologize you didn't understand that we refused your order because we didn't want to ruin your jacket.

I previously got some shirts done by them and they charged me more than what was presented to me when I went in to the place. I refused to pay so they cut down the price because there communication was horrible and came to pick the shirts up had me waiting outside for hours after being told I could pick my shirts up and today wanted two things done and refused to do them for me which it is clear they can do the work but refused my services!
