this place is garbage they cannot fulfill their guarantee. I'm not just another irate customer i ordered this from autozone for one of our commercial accounts. They first said the part came damaged then they did not have that part when the representative said it had already been shipped. Don't waste your time or money just go to your local parts house or order online from anywhere else. The manager is a dilatant who lacks knowledge and customer service.

This place sucks . If you go to their website to buy something it's says product is in Stock. But whenever you go to their store they say it's now in Stock they have to order it. Stupid People. I would give 0 star If I could. And that Hispanic asswhole doesn't know how to work.

Love this place for all my BMW parts these guys have been taking care of me for many years now and the service has always been above and beyond... Carlo and Layton (sorry if spelled wrong) are more than amazing when it comes not only to order but just for an advice or a bit of research, they never rush you off the phone no matter how long it takes. Anything I need for my 545i they are there to help and give the best price possible. -Now to that idiot who wrote a bad review about parts avail on the web but not in store sorry but you are a complete idiot, parts online are shipped to you from their warehouse not the store! No store not even the dealership can have every part. So try calling before showing up and the part will be at the store even if it was not earlier. Many times I called and it was not avail but was ordered and was avail for pick up in a couple of hours. Thanks Carlo and Layton and everyone else at BMA for doing such a great job. Andrew

I have saved a grip of money always buying parts from BMA. My Audi, BMA and VW parts have been cheaper than a chevy every time! Their customer Service has been top notch and always on time cant say how much I have enjoyed doing business with them over the past 11+ years!
