I love your product but you need to learn how to communicate with your customers better. It was fine and dandy for me to inquire about your product through Facebook but when it's time for me to ask questions, you wanna throw up your business hours. You lucky I didn't just tell you to keep your product and just refund me my money. That's why it's best to handle business through a phone call because your responses to me were read by several people and they, along with myself sensed that you were bothered and had attitude. People wonder why it's hard to support your own people because this is the back lash you get when dealing with your own kind. I don't care if it was an over sight on my behalf or not. How you handled the situation was rude as hell. Then when I come to your place of business, no greeting or anything. You treated me as if I had been there before and knew where to come. Who picks up the phone and just say 2nd floor then hangs up. I've been following you online for a long time and I was really surprised at your customer service. I would have never thought you would be like this. But now I know. Shop Woke Brand NOT!
