Horrible experience unfortunately...returned my suit due to a sizing issue and was told it was delivered to wrong address even though it was the address they had provided me. Still waiting for my refund over a month later...

Extremely rude customer service. Inquired about the sizes of a shoe available and whether a larger size would substitute. Aaron answered only the first half of the question in candid terms, which I can forgive. But when I resubmitted the second half of the question he responded with "there's no way...", as if it were a stupid question. Glad I won't be giving them my patronage after all.
