I ordered from them and pressed delivery they used postmates and my husband never got his order for are Anniversary. The bakery said it had nothing to do with them and refused to call postmates it's so sad

First time very nice cake, cupcakes, cheesecake, but the lady who worked this morning disheveled as if from the bed to work the welcome service was not very nice, ask what includes the cupcake and just told me the name of the cupcake but not that Includes the cashier was Very friendly guy and I explained and I attended and I listen to my order 100% The guy who attended to me glasses Thank you 4 for this Lady need Better customer Service .. Placed an order with Kyle, also emailed him the picture of how I want the cake. I spoke and email him, that I will place the macarons and fresh flowers. I didnt want the gold glitter. That I would like everything else on the cake. I pick up the cake and was not happy with what I saw. Very disappointed! The cake only had gold drip. Will definitely not place an order with Kyle.
