Vincent, We were not able to work with confidence on your order once we go it to the press. The situation from the first order did not allow us to give your product the attention to detail that was necessary. Once it was on the press and in motion I knew this so I made the call to stop it. In hind site I should not have taken your order based on the first order we worked on for you. As for the prices I gave you a full break down of how and what you were charged for. I didn't not charge you for blank garments, I did not charge you extra fees and I charged you for regular set up cost when in fact you wanted waterbase printing. I pride myself in being as honest as possible. You even called and asked me about the pricing again and I explained the break down once more. I gave you a full refund and replaced all product we printed on that you felt was not to the pure sport standard. We did everything we could to right the situation. Unfortunately I can not give you back the time that was lost on the order. I am extremely apologetics that this has affected you and your business in any negative way. Alberto

I dealt with this vendor back in 2013, and they botched my order up, with the off placement of a graphic on the garments I provided them. I figured I'll give them a second chance....I placed an order with in person in their shop, Jan 14th. I explained to them what I wanted done to a t! I provided with measurements/placement of graphics, images of graphics via thumb drive. The owner, Alberto saved my images on his desk top(I watched him) Once agreeing with him and his partner, they assured me my order will be done on time, in 2-3 weeks. I asked why so long, their reply was "We have backed up jobs" . I said fine, made a deposit and said "See you in 3 weeks." The week of picking up my order, Alberto called me and asked if I could send the artwork. I asked, what for? You saved it on your desktop. I sent to him. Then I received another call in regards to the placement of the graphic. I told them, look in the box with the garments I provided you with. The mocked up images taped to the garments have them written on it, as I showed you when we meet three weeks ago. That Wednesday his partner called me about the placement of the graphics. I came to their shop that day and showed him again, for reassurance. This was a 100 piece order. I asked him will it be completed for pick that Friday, he said yes and not to worry. It was within the 24th hour of pick up that I received a call stating that my order could not be completed due to printing problems. I received a full refund of my money and they replaced all the garments they ruined. I should of learned from the first time dealing with them three years ago, but I went to them in good faith thinking they have improved their business issue, but they didn't. Not only did I waste my time but I also lost out in business on my end with my clients. Alberto and his partner are bullsh*tters. This partner is fast talker and liar too. STAY AWAY FROM THEM!! They're dishonest. Alberto charged me prices for garments I provided him, when I comforted Alberto about it, he said it was an extra set up fee. The day of placing my order I asked Alberto for a price list. Three days later after unanswered emails and phone calls, I showed up at his shop for the price list. These setup extra fees was not on his price list at all. I try to do business within my community, but small businesses like this forces me to do otherwise. DON'T SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE! DO YOUR RESEARCH AND GO SOME WHERE ELSE WHO RESPECTS YOUR BUSINESS!! I would give this business a negative star

These guys are awesome! I came in there one day to get prices on a small order of shirts printed. they were really helpful and broke down the process of the image, colors , screens and the printing for me. I placed the order and was really happy with the results. I would definitely recommend their work and their cotton hustle apparel.
