I scheduled an initial consultation with the owner of this place and received an email confirming the appointment. On the day of the scheduled consultation I never received a call, nor did I receive anything asking to reschedule our appointment. All I can say is, I not impressed with Mpressed Events....might want to do a name change and rebrand.

I regret choosing to trust you to execute this event for my son. It was disappointing that you had a crew show up with a toddler who was inconsolable that the lead struggled to setup. An elderly woman who just sat there and watched everyone. The table decor was horrible not an airplane in sight. Where was this guest focal point design that was in the proposal? We agreed on a custom design for water bottles and lunch boxes that you failed to mention wouldnt be ready in time for the event. No custom coloring books or crayons as we agreed upon. Balloons thrown under the desert table is not an organic ballon design. Lack of communication on your end to the fullest. This is why black people are hesitant to support black businesses because we dont treat our own with the same courtesy and respect as others. I guess since you figured since the invoice has been paid theres no need to follow up and attempt to rectify the situation. Unprofessionalism at its finest.

MPressed hosted and designed my gender reveal event! It was nothing short or amazing! All I had to do was show up! Everything was detailed and designed to perfection. From the custom items to the balloon garland I was very impressed! I was definitely MPressed! I will be using their services again!!!! Ask about their hosting services too! Amazing! The best paint party ever.

5 Stars is the highest rating I can choose but Id add more stars if possible. The MPressed team coordinated my event and it was spectacular! Dominique and her team were awesome, professional, and were great to work with! The event was beautiful! I highly recommend MPressed and will be working with MPressed for future events!
