I have had a horrible experience. I have had my pool for 13 years and the first 5 years was them fixing the Gunite that would be cracked every Spring. Trying to get answers from them is impossible. The pool broke 2 years ago it took over a year to get them to give me an estimate and by that time it went through another winter and is now worse. Coustomer service there is none. I would not recommend them.
We are unsure if you have the right company on Google as we have no record of a client named DAM or any inspections done for such a client. We are also unsure of the services you have received. Please call our office at (860)623-9886 so our front desk can help. We assure you our office staff is known for being the nicest people! Thank you!

Would not suggest this company AT ALL. - The inspection they did did not show any of the issues we are now having to fix - They cancel last minute - The receptionist and anyone who you speak to at the office are rude and always sound like they are in a panic - They have poor communication skills within the company and when communicating to clients - Always someone different comes out and they never know what's been done to the pool - A lot of the time do not have the proper equipment with them. - They barely vacuum - They did not Summerize our pool properly and we're having to redo it now in June

Aqua built our pool 15 years ago. They did an amazing job and it is still structurally perfect. They open, maintain, and close it for us annually and they keep it in tip top condition. Debbie, the service manager, is so quick to help whenever a need arises. I highly recommend them!
To clarify, the pool in question was built by the previous homeowner, who sold the home in 2020. We are very sorry that the realtor did not request a pool inspection before the purchase of your new home this past year, which is a standard practice. Had a simple visual inspection been performed, you would have been able to hold the seller responsible have the seller pay for some of the repairs. Unfortunately, we have reached out to the gunite subcontractors multiple times but they have not replied to the requests at this moment. As you are well aware, there is no warranty on the pool (it is unfortunate that the realtor did not look into this for you) and we cannot force the gunite subs to perform work they do not want to do. Our service department has offered to assist in making repairs until subcontractors are available to shoot gunite, but those were refused.

We purchased a house in 2020 with a pool built by Aqua Pool & Patio in 2017. Opened it that spring and found it had cracked significantly and stopped holding water. It was under three years old. We worked with Aqua to troubleshoot and paid for temporary repairs over the course of a year but ultimately gave up on working with them on a permanent repair as they seemed uninterested and incapable of doing anything more than temporary patches they were charging us for. Aqua would neither quote pricing nor offer any timeline for a permanent repair. At each attempt at contact, they made it apparent how deeply bothered they are to even answer the phone or reply to an email. We tried to be patient and understanding, giving Aqua multiple chances over the course of a year to earn back our trust and make things right. And we wanted to believe that they would. Our last attempt was reaching out to the owner hoping to find some clarity. He deflected responsibility, placing blame on his subcontractors and throwing his own employees under the bus, and the only solution he offered us was more temporary patches to be billed at market rate. The owner also blamed us, said we should have paid to have Aqua out to inspect the pool prior closing on the house as then we could have made the original owner who paid for the pool be responsible for paying for the repairs. However, when we asked why the pool they built failed under three years after build, he did not respond. Aqua will say they have been in business for over 50 years, but now under second generation ownership. Our experience has taught us that a reputation inherited is only as good as a reputation upheld.
