I thought I finally found a company that was reliable, but boy was I wrong. Our school's family members placed approximately 30 fundraiser orders in October and only half of the orders were fulfilled by February. I had to make several phone calls to remind the company about unfulfilled orders only to receive a "we'll fulfill the rest soon". Finally, the order was fulfilled, only to realize that parents who paid $10 shipping had to pick up their orders at the school. I notified Frank and he claimed he'd pick up the items and have them shipped on the same day he'd drop off ir fundraiser check. Frank finally brought our check, but did not deliver the items to the families who paid for shipping. I received the check, but it was missing a signature! I notified the company about the matter and was promised a new check. It's now April and still no check. Our school along with 2 others from HLPUSD are DONE with FCPrinting.
