I stopped by this booth with my significant other during the fair, hoping to get a custom mug done. They told us they could do it, gave us a receipt, said to come back in half an hour, then messaged us saying they couldn't do it due to our conservative values. It was unprofessional on their part and very discriminatory. It's too bad that most of Kentucky is conservative, they will lose quite a bit of business because of it.

Actually a terrible company. The guy who works there is extremely rude if you have complaints or disagree at all. They dont care about the quality of their work or if their customers are happy.

Handled a huge volume order for a wedding within hours while we were visiting the fair. They were able to make multiple designs on multiple types of glasswear. Going back for the plastic tumblers for the kids for Christmas! Everything was personalized and unique to each cup. So much fun to design and easy business to deal with, on every level....even when we couldn't make up our minds on some of them Thank you for the best presents ever!
