We had excellence come out for a later service call past 5pm which is good because not many are open outside of normal working hours. Our carpets were heavily soiled from animals and high traffic. They took 5 hours to clean the carpets and left at about 10pm with the carpets drenched. We had to use box fans for 3 days that were still heavily soaped to dry them out. They need a better way to pull the water out of the carpet. Edited because they stood over your shoulder while you reviewed and finally remembered to edit.

Making a change to this review due to a lack of follow up on the part of this business owner. After a couple of days I quickly noticed that the carpet did not dry appropriately and this has caused for there to be a bad smell in our home. I followed up with James regarding this and on two occasions he told me he would come back and treat the carpet. It has since been a couple of weeks and no follow up was done despite me trying to reach him back. As a result, I can no longer recommend this business.

I paid in full at the time of the visit. The package included scotch guard No scotch guard was applied. I called and spoke to the contractor twice to let him know He set up a date and time to return to fix the issue and never showed up. Very unprofessional and untrustworthy. Steer away from this contractor. I
