Some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I'm in customer service and if I ever handled customers that way I would not have a job or company but I guess when you deal in gas and electric you can treat people that way if I could give 0 stars I would just horrible.

Consolidated came out and installed fiber for a neighbor of mine and of course the had to go through my yard to run the fiber witch is fine with in the easement but they failed to repair the damage they caused unfortunately. I emailed pictures asking what they would do about my yard but they unfortunately never replied. See attached pictures

Wow! Can't believe some of the reviews I just read. Those experiences are so different from my own! My bill stays steady with my usage. My burned out security lamp is replaced promptly. Limbs that were blowing against the security light during fairly high winds were promptly cut. And best of all, when the electric does go out, service seems to be re-established in a reasonable amount of time. So thanks Consolidated!

We recently had bills ranging in the 550 range for the last 3 moonths they checked the meter and gave no explanation as to why the bill is so high. The bill for this property for the last 5 years has never been higher than 250. They also gave me absolutely no time to dispute these charges and would not work with me on any payment arrangements and demanded payment in full immediately. They are very cut throat not friendly on the phone I recommend staying out of there usage area if possible ,AEP was expensive but at least they work hard to make customers happy
