I would give no or negative stars if either were an option! I tried their free option but it wasn't what I needed. Then the sales e-mails started. I made several requests over several weeks for them to remove me from their sales list without a single response. Calling to speak to someone isn't an option either. I've just attempted a live chat request. I'd say as long as you actually want to buy something, this company may be responsive; but if you're not, get ready for the spam and unresponsiveness that seems to be the hallmark of modern sales.
I have used this service for more than 2 years. Tech support is nonexistent over the phone, so if you are a busy business owner and need to speak to some one it is not happening. They only have chat support only available some times and extensive videos and articles that as a business owner I don't have time to search through for help. Their exporting to Gusto has some bugs in it, and after I put in settings I find that the system changes my settings every so often without notifying me regarding where employees can clock in, when I need to be notified for actions, and I get notification for people not clocking in when they did. The nice thing is that I can put in the schedule for long periods of time.
I love When I work! It is a great scheduling software. It's so conveniant because I can use it on any device. I could not imagine working at a job that doesn't use When I Work. I am an aspiring business owner and I will most definitely be using When I work for my employees!
We have been using WIW for all our scheduling and time cards for ~2 years and we would never go back to our old paper system. It is easy to use, mobile devise friendly, and and the support team is very helpful.
What are you reviewers smoking ? No customer service phone number. Sloppy...zero star deserved.
