Brought my Google Pixel 4 XL in for a battery replacement. Was told originally batteries would be in a week. A week went by and then was told batteries wouldnt be in for 2 months. I then took it to the Santa Ana location and they had a battery installed in 2 hours. If it there fault they had a back order on batteries? No. Could they have arranged to get a battery from Santa Ana? Im sure they could have. They had my phone for 3 weeks and offered no other options except to wait for several months. That wasnt an option for me.

Very disappointed in service waited many hours returned four times for repair. Now my cellphone doesn't work. Had to purchase a new phone.
This place was amazing they fixed my phone super fast it was under warranty which nobody else who I inquired about fixing the phone even let me know of but even if I would have had to pay the price they quoted was much cheaper than everyone else as well very happy would definitely return for future business
