Normaly really good cookies and Friendly staff. The sign posting the hours of operation was hard to really hard to read due to an advertisement posted right behind it. I tried the door and it opened. All the lights were on and cookies were out. Staff was on duty but I was denied service being told they were not open yet. Why was the door unlocked for people to enter if they were not open? Really disappointed because I was looking toward to getting my favorite cookie.

Hi there, I have always enjoyed coming into your store especially for some homemade cookies, BUT today was slightly different. Ms. Brittany had HORRIBLE customer service. She was not polite at all and when you asked a simple question like how much is a cookie slice, she would cut you off before you even finished your question. I felt like this was very unprofessional and she was just there to collect her pay check. I feel as though she needs a quick attitude adjustment. Nothing towards Great Americans Cookie, but I felt as though you should know how she treated every customer that walked in the door! Thank you for your time!

Had to place a last minute order, employees were very kind throughout the entire process and had the cookie cake ready in an hour and it looked fantastic and tasted just as good! Thank yall!

Girl was sweet. Guy with the man bun was a little pushy and his tone was too authoritative for comfort with my family from the moment we approached the counter. Nonetheless, good ice cream as always. Usually a great experience. Thanks.
