BRIDES BEWARE!! DO NOT USE Beth DeRidder! I am getting married in about 8 months so I sat down with Beth to work on our Save the Dates (this is usually when you begin the process of working on them, because it can take several drafts to get it right). Well after I e-mailed her the picture I wanted she told me we would have a draft to look at by the end of the work week (which means friday to most of us). Monday afternoon I decided to e-mail her just to see if she knew when they might be ready, I specified it was no rush, I was just excited to see them. Later that afternoon she sent me the proofs, but when I opened them I was highly disappointed. They had completely distorted the picture I sent them into a graphic type image (not sure the proper term), but it did not look like an actual picture. She had left off several things we had talked about, but not a huge deal. So after looking at them I just sent her a polite e-mail asking why the image looked like that, and honestly I was just more confused than anything. I also mentioned a few things that needed to be added, since they were things I had asked her to do the first time.I told her this was a great place to start but I just needed these things fixed (and I specified no specific time frame), I really did not think this was a big deal. Well, about an hour later I got an extremely nasty e-mail from her, which made me really upset. She told me I had no patience , her exact words were "these things take time and patience, which clearly you have none". I had never really rushed her. Then she went on to tell me that she did not want to work with me because of my attitude. I have showed my e-mail correspondence to several people, and every single person was completely shocked at the way she reacted to my e-mail and agreed that I was in no way rude or mean in my e-mails. She was so rude to me I spent half of my day in tears. All I was trying to do was to make sure they were right, which I am sure is a common thing. We had planned to use her for our invitations as well, but now we will not be using her for anything. I am so mad that we wasted over 2 weeks working with her on our save the dates and invitations. If you have ever planned a wedding you know how stressful it can be, and this lady has made this whole process three times more stressful on us. I have never been treated (as a customer) so disrespectfully and it was completely uncalled for. We will NEVER use this company for anything again.
ARTISTS BEWARE. I went in looking for high quality giclee prints of my art to sell. I first had them print just a sample of each which was $6 a piece. When I got them back, I was very disappointed with the quality. They did NOT look as if they had been giclee printed at all and the colors were completely off. It looked as if I had just printed them from my printer at home. Not to mention the customer service was pretty sub par. I felt like a burden the whole time I was working with them. I would not recommend this print shop if you want high quality giclee prints of your art.
I worked mostly with Scott and Tom on my wedding invitations. After I sent them what I wanted, they had proofs emailed to me in two days. They offered to have me come in to see a proof in person before they were printed, though the digital proofs were exactly what the physical proofs would look like. After I approved the invitations, they were printed within hours, and I picked them up that afternoon! They even made a suggestion to turn my RSVP cards into postcards to save me money on envelopes and offered to address them for me! I'll be using them again for my announcements!
Very personable and the prices are very reasonable. I participated in Indie Grits last year and hired these guys to make some prints for me. Very satisfied with the whole process.
Big Evil !!! this bad guy bought a laptop from my store and returned a screen scratched one!!! How could you do business with such a bad guy.
