I will never order from here again. I ordered the vengeance dress from her sight on September 25th, she says that the order should be completed by 15 business days. About 4 weeks go by and I dont have any update on my order so I call customer service. Every time I call they tell me they cant give me an update on my order. So by the 20th business day I call again and ask when will it be shipped out because I have a photoshoot for my birthday to do, the lady on the phone says she still cant give me an update and is very rude and nasty. It took for me to raise my voice at her for her to call back and say that my order will be shipped out today. So, I received my dress today and it is not worth $350+ the rhinestones and fringes look like they were glued on with a glue gun and will easily fall off. Also, its not even a dress its a leotard. Im really frustrated because I had to cancel my photoshoot and now Im stuck with a dress that isnt worth what I paid for. This will be my last time ever dealing with her. Shes very unprofessional and only cares about her celebrity clients. Also, to mention I emailed them several times and never got a response from the support email.
